- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
This is a wonderful mayonnaise. I used it on roast beef sandwiches. The amount of horseradish seems just perfect to me, its not too overpowering. Thanks for the great recipe!
