"From Taste of Home Magazine (one of my favorites) describes this as nature's own Sweet Tarts and suggests adding to your bowl of oatmeal - Yum had to guess at serving size as I suppose it depends on how many you use"

  • Using a citrus zester, remove peel from orange in long narrow strips.
  • In saucepan, combine honey, water and orange peel, cook and stir over medium heat until simmering (do not boil).
  • Cool 20 minutes.
  • Transfer to small bowl; stir in cranberries.
  • Refrigerate, covered 8 hours.
  • Drain cranberries, allowing berries to stand 15 minutes.
  • Place sugar in small bowl.
  • Add cranberries, a few at a time and toss to coat lightly.
  • Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Let stand until completely dry, about 30 minutes.
  • Stor, covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
