A quick and easy sauce for beets.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups beets, cooked and diced
- 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Melt butter in a large saute pan, and add the beets.
- Toss to coat.
- Add the mustard and honey.
- Continue cooking until beets are heated through.
