Use this for fruit salads
- 2 egg yolks
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- In a small saucepan, beat yolks lightly.
- Add honey, lemon juice, salt and butter.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat.
- Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
- Use to top fresh fruit salad.
