This is a tasty grilled salmon that you will do again and again. Don't over cook the salmon or you'll end up with a dry meal! Nice for an intimate meal for two.

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over salmon, soak for 1 hour.
  2. Spray grill with cooking spray.
  3. Grill salmon for 2 minutes on each side.

Tish, your recipe was a hit with hubby. He said I think you have outdone yourself. Thank you. I used Tilapia instead of salmon,a little less sugar,and added red pepper flakes for a hotter taste. Since using Tilapia, I only marinated for 15 mins. Also I prepared in a skillet, stove top. Strained the marinade and cooked to use as a sauce.

Great recipe! I'll use a bit less sugar next time. It was a tad too sweet for our taste, but it was excellent! The salmon ended up with a beautiful glaze, what a presentation!! Thanks for sharing!
