This sauce is terrific on BBQ'd chicken, ribs, pork and as a cold dipping sauce. My dear husband can't keep his hands out of the kettle when I'm cooking up a batch of this. Yeah, I admit it's sometimes a bit easier to run to the store and get a bottle of BBQ sauce, but this has more of an "omph". Enjoy! :-)

  1. Melt butter in a large kettle.
  2. Brown onion and garlic together.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Simmer for approximately 35-45 minutes.
  5. Brush on meats or serve cold as a dip.
  6. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
