Honey Balsamic Chicken

"This is super yummy and very easy to make, you can serve it with veggies or potatoes to round it out. I got it out of a weight watchers cookbook years ago I believe, but can't find the actual recipe, most of it is just by eye."

  1. This doesn't have a bad flavor, but it's a little to sweet for my family's tastes.

  2. This recipe is quick and easy. I use thinly sliced chicken breast cutlets. I usually serve it with rice (which I toss in the small leftover amount of honey balsamic sauce) and steamed broccoli. My family (teen boys and husband) really love this meal!

  3. I have made this several times using boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I usually increase the amount of honey & balsamic vinegar and use the extra sauce to drizzle of baby spinach or mashed potatoes. My whole family loves this!

  4. Yum! It's easy and has lots of flavor. I don't see any need for using chicken strips, though. I used boneless, skinless breasts. Even my 4 year old liked it! I will make this one again.
