- 300 g chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame oil)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
directions
- Soak the chickpeas for about 24hours in about 1.5liters water.
- Rinse the chickpeas and cook them in boiled water with the baking soda. This will take about one hour and a half.
- Rinse the cooked chickpeas.
- Mix the garlic with the chickpeas in a blender. You must obtain a pretty thick paste.
- Add the sesame oil and then the sesame oile.
- When served, add a little olive oil on top.
