Directions

  1. Bring water and sugar to boil in a saucepan.
  2. reduce heat and simmer until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. remove from heat and add lime peel, lime juice and stir.
  4. strain into a pitcher
  5. puree the strawberries in a blender and add to pitcher with lime juice mix and let cool.
  6. add ice, club soda and mint sprigs and serve!
