  • Split and toast the muffins.
  • Dry fry the eggs and bacon in a non-stick pan.
  • Place between the muffins and serve with salt and pepper.

  1. Very easy and much healthier (and CHEAPER than McD's). I used Canadian Bacon. I will try this with some cheese next time. Made for Fall 2011 PAC game.
     
  2. I make these a lot but I use Canandian Bacon and the lower calorie count english muffins. They are great.
     
  3. DH wanted these the other morning but I only had ham luncheon meat in fridge. Used a little bit of butter to fry eggs since he likes it that way but did dry fry the meat. Did however added American chesse slices to melt on top. He gobbled it down...Yeah
     
  4. Fast food from your own kitchen. This is simple, quick and delicious. I prepared one muffin as directed and added a slice of cheddar to the second. Made for Pick a Chef, Spring 2009.
