I used 1 1/2 cups of water, 2 cups regular granulated sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and a spot of salt. I had a 32oz bag so i adjusted. And its awesome the way i did it


  1. Bring sugar, salt, water to boil in medium pan.
  2. Add Cranberries and simmer until 2/3 of the berries have burst (about 5 min).
  3. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
  4. Will save for up to a week in fridge.
