  • 12 cup farina
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter (no substitutions)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 12 cup nuts, chopped

  • Combine farina, cocoa and salt.
  • Add milk, stirring constantly.
  • Cook in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
  • Add sugar, butter and egg.
  • Cool and add nuts.
