Holiday Triple Deckers

• Yields: 2 9 x 13 pans

ingredients

• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 2 cups Rice Krispies
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 4 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding
• 4 teaspoons milk
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
• 1⁄2 - 1 cup butter

directions

1. Mix and melt corn syrup, brown sugar, and peanut butter in saucepan.
2. Add cereals and mix well.
3. Spread in 2 greased 9 x 13 pans.
4. Pat smooth and let cool.
5. Combine softened butter, pudding and milk in food processor or mixer.
6. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
7. Spread over first layer.
8. Melt chocolate squares with butter, stir.
9. Cool and spread over pudding layer.
10. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
