ingredients
- 1 lb yukon gold potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix (or 1 1/2 packets)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Slices youkon golds thin ( I use a mandolin on a thick setting).
- Place all ingrediants in a ziplock bag and shake to mix.
- Grease a cassarole dish and bake for about an hour, covered.
