This is so so good. Definitely made for two as it's a rich tasting shake. I used skim milk and 1/2 fat vanilla icecream. I also used the Winter Edition of Oreos' which were red in the middle. The green sprinkles were a nice touch of color. Really minty and chocolatey good. I did share with DH who actually had more than his 1/2. Made for TYM tag.

This was an excellent treat! I used skim milk, low fat ice cream, and dark chocolate chips for the skae part to lighten it up (and I def. did not skip the Baileys!!!). For the topping I usd lite cool whip instead of cream with excellent results. But I am not so sure about snuggling up with someone with this drink, I it all to myself! haha
