ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 3⁄4 cup hodgson mill unprocessed wheat bran
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sage
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 1⁄3 ketchup

directions

1. Mix all ingredients except mustard and ketchup,.
2. Place in 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Shape into loaf.
3. Mix mustard and ketchup; spread evenly on top of loaf.
4. Bake in 350*F oven 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
