- 8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon roasted garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons herbs, roughly chopped (such as basil, thyme, oregano or chives)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- coarse salt
- cracked black pepper
- Place ricotta, garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl and fold together until blended.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
