Nice dish for an Italian dinner

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a small skillet, cook garlic in oil and butter over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain pasta, add to skillet.
  4. Stir in the parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, salt and pepper, toss to caot.
  5. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately.


Most Helpful

Made to serve with baked fish; I think it may need more Parmesan. Seemed a little sparse. Will add more next time. This is a quick side dish.
