ingredients

• 1 cup hazelnut meal
• 1 cup rice flour
• 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 -2 tablespoon hazelnut oil
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3 eggs, separated

directions

1. Mix first 9 ingredients into beaten yolks and,.
2. fold into soft peaked beaten whites.
3. Grill with a little Hazelnut oil .
4. Serve with butter and Maple Syrup.
