  1. Grease pan and preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Add in wet ingredients.
  4. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place in greased bowl, cover and rest until double. About 40 minute.
  6. Divide into 3 7x3 loaf pan (approx 463g / loaf). Proof about 30 minute.
  7. Bake 30-35 till brown top.
