delicious and oh so healthy wrap. perfect for a light lunch!
- 1 low-carb whole wheat tortilla
- 1⁄4 cup low fat mozzarella
- 1⁄4 cup zucchini
- 1⁄4 cup broccoli
- 1⁄4 cup mushroom
- 1⁄4 cup carrot
- 1⁄3 cup red pepper
- 1⁄3 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
- nonstick cooking spray
- Heat pan to medium heat.
- spray with nonstick cooking oil.
- place cut up vegetables in pan with garlic.
- cook until soft yet crispy.
- put cooked vegetables on the wrap.
- top with cheese layered with basil.
- close wrap and cook in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
