  • 375 degree preheated oven You will a 12 cup muffin pan.
  • Mix together in a medium bowl and set aside the Ground Flax Seeds and Filtered Water.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together by sifting in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the milk, applesauce and extract to the flax/water mixture.
  • Add the wet ingredients into the dry mix bowl stirring until just mixed.
  • Add the berries and stir until just mixed.
  • Spoon into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let cool a few minutes on a wire rack.
  • Top with Earth Balance vegan spread and enjoy! :).
