- 473.18 ml ice, crushed
- 29.58 ml PB2 powdered peanut butter (with premium chocolate)
- 2.46 ml xanthan gum (key ingredient! This gives the creamy texture that makes it like a frosty instead of icy texture)
- 177.44 ml unsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla, your preference)
- 73.94 ml chocolate protein powder (I use one scoop Jay Robb's egg white protein powder)
- 4.92 ml Splenda sugar substitute
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender except splenda (you can use any sweetener you prefer, I just like spenda).
- Blend well.
- Add sweetener to taste and blend.
- Enjoy!
