- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon coffee liqueur
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almonds
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl cream butter, brown sugar, eggs and liquor until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, salt.
- Stir into sugar mixture.
- Stir in almonds and oats.
- Bake 10-12 min until light and golden.
- let them cool for 2 min before removing.
