- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken, diced
- 4 Mandarin pancakes
directions
- In a small bowl combine hoisin and 1 Tb water.
- Heat oil in skillet and sauté cabbage, sprouts and mushrooms for 5 – 7 minutes.
- Stir in chicken and sauce and cook minutes more.
