Healthy banana bars, great for breakfast or before a workout. No added sugars, flour or dairy!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 1⁄2 cups oats
- 2 tablespoons of naturally more peanut butter (or any natural nut butter)
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons carob powder
- Mix all ingredients together, and press into 9x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
