- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1⁄8 cup butternut squash
- 1 cucumber
- 3 egg whites
- 1 apple
- 1 orange, juice of
- 1 orange, zest of
- 1⁄8 cup non-fat soymilk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup quick oats
- 1⁄2 cup all-bran cereal
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄8 cup honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon powdered sugar
directions
- mix wet & dry then combine.
- cook 350 degrees 15 minutes then spin & another 15 minutes.

I have just started getting into baking and have made some really awesome cookies, muffins & cakes lately. I really want to learn how to make bread.... I have tried but they never seem to come out as good as the ones I buy. I would love to be able to make homemade foccacia, ciabatta, baguettes, and english muffins.
