  1. I think they taste good and will make a really good breakfast cookie with coffee. Unlike many of the other reviewers we did have prune juice. Not a sweet indulgance in my opinion but a healthy breakfast or after school alternative. Thanks!!

  2. These were pretty good cookies. I like the fact that they use juice instead of oil and the honey gave them a nice rich flavor. However, I do think the batter was amazing and I could have sat there with a spoon all night eating it. But once they were cooked they were a little dry and stuck to the pan. But all in all, not bad for being healthy.

  3. These are really, really good! I didn't have prune juice so I subbed applesauce and they're really appl-y and good. I'll definitely make these again!

  4. these are pretty tasty considering they are fatfree! Since I am diabetic, I didn't add the brown sugar and I didn't have allspice, but it still tasted wonderful. Thanks for a good cookie!

  5. These are great! Very easy to make and healthy (no eggs or oil) I substituted applesauce 1:1 instead of prune juice (didnt have any) and it worked out well. A little dry before you add the apples in so you may need 1Tbsp of applesauce for more wet. I sprinkled a little more cinnamon, adding pumpkin spice and a dash of cloves as well. You can pretty much use any complimentary spice and it will make this very tasty!
