  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Add eggs, milk, and butter.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add pineapple, mixing well.
  • Spoon into greased 3-inch muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

  1. I loved these, i couldn't get over how moist they were! they don't have a blast of flavour but they certainly taste like pineapple. I accidentally put baking soda instead of baking powder. So I ended up adding them both. Were great i think id consider doing that again.
     
  2. I tried this recipe, following it to a "T" We really liked them, but the muffins were more on the bland side (I bet we're just too used to flavorful food!). First batch came out ok, second batch added some honey on top, and were a little better. 3rd batch, added some brown sugar on top, and were by far, the best!! I plan on making them again, and adding more sugar to the batter. Thanks for this good recipe!!
