  • Pop out yolks from eggs and reserve for another purpose or discard. Set egg halves aside.
  • In a food processor mince ham. Add the pepperoncini and pulse using on/off turns 3 times. Add mayonnaise, mustard and paprika and pulse until blended.
  • Spoon mixture into egg halves.
  • Refrigerate covered for up to 4 hours.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes.
