- 4 English muffins
- 118.29 ml tomato paste
- 4.92 ml dried oregano
- 440 g pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 150 g ham, chopped
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
directions
- Split each muffin in half, spread each with the paste, top each muffin with the pineapple, ham then cheese and oregano. Place muffins on oven tray in moderate oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pizzas are heated through.
- Serve immediately.

Easy and yummy! I've made english muffin pizzas lots of times, but I've never taken the shortcut of just spreading some tomato paste on and sprinkling it with seasonings - worked like a charm, though I did add some basil, powdered garlic and red pepper flakes along with the oregano. Thanks for sharing!
