I used to eat this all the time as a kid.
- 2 pieces leftover cooked ham, ground up
- 1 -2 sweet gherkin, ground up
- 2 -3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
- 1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 pieces bread
- Add mashed hard boiled egg, ground up ham, and ground up pickle in bowl. Add mayonaise and mix well. Place mixture between 2 bread pieces and eat.
Was fast and easy to make. This simple meal was perfect to start off the day.
