Don't throw your seeds! When you and your family carve pumpkins look for this recipe!
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Rinse all the pumpkin guts of the seeds.
- Spread your seeds out onto a cookie sheet.
- Top with vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
