My sisters and I find a reason to open a bottle of wine every time we get together. We sit around in the kitchen, every time in the kitchen, pour generous glasses of wine and chitchat about everything. In the course of flowing chatter, one of us inevitably gets hungry, and we get to cookin. - In a large mixing bowl, add avocados, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Drizzle the lime juice evenly. Sprinkle cilantro, dill, salt and pepper.
- Using a fork, combine all ingredients in large folding motion. For chunky guacamole, don’t over mash the avocados.
- Serve with chips and tortillas, and of course, beer, wine -- the beverage of your choice.
