  • season salmon with lemon pepper, garlic, and salt.
  • In a bowl, stir together soy, brown sugar, water and oil until sugar is dissolved.
  • Place salmon in a large ziplock bag and pour mixture on top. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill for medium heat.
  • Place salmon on lightly oiled grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until it flakes easy with fork.
  • note: I have found it a bit easier just to wrap it in foil and put it on the grill!

I have lived in the Midwest all my life. I married my husband in 1985, Best thing I have ever done besides having OUR 3 daughters!!! I was a stay at home mom to our girls, then went to work part time at the school district when they got older and I am still there. My favorite things to do is to watch my girls play sports, hang out with friends and family and LOVE riding on our Harley! I collect cookbooks, recipes and absolutely love RECIPEZAAR!! When I am bored I usually "read" my cookbooks or hop on the internet and find new recipes to try.
