Grilled Portabella Mushroom Burger

This is a super yummy way to get in your veggies on!! Oh, and it's extremely easy!

  1. Place portabella mushroom caps, chopped garlic, Italian seasoning and olive oil into a large sealable plastic bag.
  2. Shake to mix all ingredients and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Once 30 minutes has passed, grill mushroom caps on medium heat on either grill pan or skillet. *Start with gills down. Caps will only need to be grilled 2-3 minutes on each side, any more time and the caps will become mushy.
  4. Grill burger buns slightly and add mushroom cap. Add cheese, veggies, condiments and enjoy!
