I am an American expat living in Hong Kong since 1992. I'm married to a lovely Thai woman and both of us recently learned the joy of cooking. We specialize in curries (very easy) and American dishes that we pick up from Recipezaar. My wife very much enjoys discovering the way Americans cook (baking).
