Directions

  1. Combine green tomatoes, pepper, garlic, scallions and water in a 4-cup glass measure or small microwave safe mixing bowl.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave at High for two minutes.
  4. Let stand one minute.
  5. Pick plastic to release steam.
  6. Remove from oven and uncover carefully.
  7. Scape into a blender or food processor.
  8. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
