  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and red pepper.
  3. Cook until onion is limp, about five minutes.
  4. Add beans and basil.
  5. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until beans are tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Add several spoonfuls of cheese and mix well.
  7. Place in shallow casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
