Greek Salads are fabulous!
- 1 1⁄2 cups red wine
- 1 ounce garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt, table grind
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- Combine ingredients
- Add to salad.
It tasted ALMOST like Chammps but I had to add 2 teaspoons of sugar for it to taste JUST LIKE IT! Good recipe though since they don't serve this salad anymore! The salad consists of:<br/><br/>Garden Lettuce Mix<br/>2 Egg Wedges<br/>2 Pepperocinis<br/>4 Kalamata Olives<br/>Diced Roma Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onions<br/>3 Red Onion, Rings<br/>1 Red Pepper, Ring<br/>Fresh Dill, Minced<br/>Greek Dressing, Tossed<br/>Feta Cheese Crumbles<br/><br/>I omit the fresh dill because it over powers the salad.
