  • Mix molasses, agave nectar and oil together
  • Mix nuts and seeds together blend the two.
  • Spread on cookie sheet one layer of thickness.
  • Mix together and set aside dried fruits.
  • Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • Roast for 15 to 20 mins
  • Remove and WHILE STILL WARM fold in dried fruits.
