- 1 large avocado (not Haas, but Floridian)
- alfalfa sprout
- sliced tomatoes
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
- 1 dash spike seasoning
directions
- Place ingredients on bread at own discretion.
- Excellent served with mango and a Thomas Kemper Root Beer ~Yum!

This is just way to heavy in calories for a sandwich (this is 1/2 of the daily required calories for a typical person!) I did make alterations before making it, and my version came out delicious, healthier and lighter in calories. .5 cup Alfalfa seeds 1 Avocados 4 slices Bread, whole-wheat 2 slices swiss, low fat 1 tablespoon Red-Pepper Aioli Makes 2 sandwiches at 342 calories/sandwich
