These were the lightest pancakes ever. Very quick and easy, and gone in minutes!
These were feather light pancakes. It was quick and easy and no sifting. Used with recipe #47780 Homemade pancake syrup.
The pancakes were definitley light and fluffy, however, I found there to be a slight bitter aftertaste. I made them twice using different ingredients (e.g., fresh flour, etc) to ensure that wasn't the problem. Unfortunately, the bitter taste was consistent. I'm wondering if there is a modification that would keep the pancakes fluffy but make them a bit sweeter.
