- 2 lbs hashed brown potatoes (frozen)
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
- 1⁄2 pint sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted (for topping)
- 2 cups corn flake crumbs (for Topping)
directions
- Other than the topping ingredients, Mix the rest of ingredients together and put into greased 9x13 pan.
- Toppings: Melt half a stick of butter and add 2 cups of crushed cornflakes. Put crumb topping over potato mixture.
- Bake at 300°-325° for 1 1/2 hour.
