  • 2 lbs hashed brown potatoes (frozen)
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
  • 12 pint sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 cup butter (melted)
  • 14 cup butter, melted (for topping)
  • 2 cups corn flake crumbs (for Topping)

  • Other than the topping ingredients, Mix the rest of ingredients together and put into greased 9x13 pan.
  • Toppings: Melt half a stick of butter and add 2 cups of crushed cornflakes. Put crumb topping over potato mixture.
  • Bake at 300°-325° for 1 1/2 hour.
