ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar (substitute Apple Cider vinegar, if preferred)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (or Hymilayian Pink Salt)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup light oil (grapeseed,sunflower, vegetable, or canola)
- 1 -2 teaspoon oregano (If using Red Wine Vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (If using Apple Cider Vinegar)
directions
- Place all items in a blender (or bullet).
- Transfer to jar and store up to one week.
