ingredients
- 354.88 ml jiff peanut butter
- 236.59 ml Crisco
- 591.47 ml packed light brown sugar
- 88.74 ml milk
- 29.58 ml vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 828.06 ml gluten-free flour, mix
- 4.92 ml salt
- 9.85 ml baking soda
directions
- Cream all ingredients except flour together.
- Gradually add flour mix.
- Place by teaspoons fulls on preheated ungreased stoneware sheet.
- Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minute or until golden brown.
- Time may vary depending on your oven but watch when they start browning because they do so quickly.
- These freeze real well, just thaw at room temperature.
