- 2⁄3 cup potato starch (NOT potato flour)
- 1⁄3 cup tapioca flour

- Put all ingredients in a large container and mix well.

This is definitely my preferred gf flour mixture, but it does need a teaspoon of xanthan gum to make it work perfectly. -
This needs a gum.
