"This is a recipe from Living Without that I used to make my Christmas cookies. It worked great for all the cookies that I made this. Most folks didn't have any idea that they were eating gluten free cookies."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 6 cups

ingredients

• 4 cups brown rice flour
• 1 1⁄3 cups potato starch (NOT potato flour)
• 2⁄3 cup tapioca starch

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
3. Bring flour to room temperature before using.
