- Preheat oven.
- Mix all ingredients, softening the butter and adding the flour last.
- If necessary, place in the freezer for 10 minute.
- Roll into 1" balls and then roll in sugar.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet (only 9 per pan) and bake for 7-8 minutes.
