    These are delicious cookies. These cookies have a mild ginger and molasses taste. Simple and tasty - I love to make them. Definitely a comfort food/cookie for my family and I :) I hope you enjoy!

      Form into balls and roll in sugar. Press with fork.

      I don't know that I'd call these gingersnaps...More like molasses cookies with extra ginger (they were very dark)...Dont get me wrong...These are very addictive cookies! I had to force myself to put them away in an airtight container in the back of the cupboard or I'd have eaten the whole batch instead of eating supper! Thank you for posting this recipe!
